Our charming self-contained cottage
THE COTTAGE
The Cottage is built entirely in red-brown wood and inspired by the Scandinavian farm houses. We offer a formula “gite” or “relais” *, 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (2 with baths, 1 with double shower). Fitted kitchen, bright and airy spacious lounge with a wood-burning stove. Télévision, piano. Large private garden.
Facilities : Wifi / Oven / Microwave / Filter & Nespresso coffee makers / Raclette machine / Baby-cooker / Cot / Children’s chair / Board games / Barbecue and garden furniture / Access to petanque court, children’s playground and our pets.
Linen (sheets / towels / tea towels) provided.
Bakery delivery on request from April to October.
Rental does not include access to the La Réserve swimming pool.

Lounge with wood burning stove, TV (TNT).
Fully equipped kitchen : dish-washer, micro-wave, oven, toaster, electric hob, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, raclette set, crockery.
BEDROOM #1 (GROUND FLOOR)
Large bedroom of 21 m².
Double bed 180 cm or 2 x 90 cm.
Baby’s cot on request.
Bathroom with double shower. Separate WC.
BEDROOM #2 (1ST FLOOR)
Large bedroom of 21 m².
Double bed 180 cm or 2 x 90 cm. Captain’s bed 110 x 190 cm.
Ensuite bathroom with bath and WC.
BEDROOM #2 (1ST FLOOR)
Large bedroom of 21 m².
Double bed 180 cm or 2 x 90 cm.

RATES & TERMS 2024
from €190 to €725 per night
Minimum 2 nights. Arrival 4pm and departure 11am.
Please note that the cottage rental does not include access to the La Réserve swimming pool.
TERMS OF RESERVATION
Our prices are tax inclusive for the entire lease, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels included.
Your request will become a firm booking after receiving email confirmation from the owners on the availability of the cottage for the period requested.
A deposit of 40% (either by check or bank transfer) of the total price is required.
An insurance certificate is required.
Pets accepted on request (€20 per animal).
KEYS & CHECK-OUT
The keys will be given to you on arrival.
A check-in and check-out inventory will be carried out by the two parties.
The owner kindly requests you allow for a delay of 15 minutes in your schedule on the day of departure.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The balance is payable on arrival after the check-in inventory.
Please note that for any cancellations made 30 days prior to the planned arrival, the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the client loses the right to a refund, whatever the reason.
DEPOSIT
On your arrival you will be asked for a security deposit ( € 600 ). This sum will be returned to you after the check-out inventory, unless any damage to the property is ascertained and there is a cost for eventual repairs. In this case, an invoice will be issued and the deposit returned on payment of the amount invoiced .
